Who are we?

Facility Portal Netherlands (FPN) is a facility procurement and project management agency. The solutions of FPN are temporary or structural.

Simply put, FPN is a facility manager on a large scale and facilitates the supporting business operations of various types of organizations throughout the Netherlands. This is done in the form of joint purchasing and knowledge exchange.

Currently, the FPN team consists of about 12 people who are busy serving our customers every day like a spider in a web.

Who are we looking for?

Basically, we are looking for someone who can work independently, can switch quickly, is accurate, flexible and stress resistant and has a proactive and positive work attitude. You have a great sense of responsibility and act accordingly.

Job Description

The following duties and responsibilities are part of the position:

  • Manage own client portfolio
  • Advising clients on facility issues
  • Quality control of products and services
  • Executing the project and contract administration
  • Executing tender processes and tenders
  • Drafting and maintaining management reports
  • Contributing to the improvement and optimization of internal processes.
  • Executing operational and tactical supplier management
  • Expanding services to existing customers
  • Furthermore, all common office work

Job Requirements

  • Completed HBO education, preferably HBO Facility Management
  • Appropriate work experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Stress resistant, proactive, independent, responsible, positive attitude, accurate, flexible and very customer oriented.
  • Analytical ability, commercial insight and good communicative skills both verbally and in writing
  • In possession of drivers license B
  • Sense of humor
